Approval: All return and refund requests require approval. We will review your request, and once approved, you can proceed with returning the item. There are some instances where you may be able to receive a refund without having to return the item.

Ship the Item: After your return request is approved, you will need to send the product back to us.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect the item(s). After the inspection, you can choose to accept or reject the return parcel. If you accept the return, a refund will be initiated.

Important Notes:

  • If you choose to reject a return, you must provide a reason and evidence to support your decision. This information helps customer service make an accurate judgment if the issue is escalated.
  • For any appeals, if our customer service team finds that there is a lack of evidence, they may ask for supplementary evidence.
